This is a picture of me standing over a frozen lake in the mountains, pretty crazy right? Well after hiking all the way up to Emerald Lake (RMNP), with pounding snow, no shoe spikes, and being underprepared for the elements, we were finally able to reach the top, and what a feeling it was to be consumed by the mountain.
